Welcome to the Vineyard Green Condominium Association website. This website in conjunction with Towne Properties Condo Café will provide you with several useful resources ranging from condo legal documents, minutes, financial information, newsletters, forms, and a link to report maintenance issues or pay your monthly fees (Condo Café, which requires a Towne Property Login).
The Association is run by a five (5) person elected Board of Trustees and managed day to day by Towne Properties. Our fees, also, pay the salary of a dedicated on-site maintenance person.
The website has a public side (Public Documents in the top navigation screen) which requires no login and owners only section (Owners, Social and Condo Café) which requires a login/password to access.
