Improvement Applications are needed for changes to the exterior of your unit. Some examples are front doors, screen doors, garage doors, windows, and permanent planting in garden areas adjacent to your unit. If you want to install an awning, there are forms specific to awnings. Approval from the board is required prior to work being started.

The clubhouse is available for rental six months prior to the event. The clubhouse can be reserved on this website on the Social>Amenity Reservation page. Coordinate with the clubhouse coordinator (see newsletter for contact info).
