The Vineyard Green Condominium Association is a community of 239 units built by the Drees company starting in 1991 and completed in 1999. There are 14 different floor plans for the units that are situated in a wooded setting. Several have first floor owner suites. Amenities include a clubhouse, which is available for rental by a resident, a swimming pool, and a tennis/pickle ball court. The community is conveniently located in Clermont County near a Kroger, Target, Home Depot, Staples, numerous car dealers, banks and restaurants, all along Beechmont Avenue near the I-275 interchange. There are two entrances into the community; the eastern entrance is off of Hopper Hill Road and the western entrance is off of Nordyke Road, both intersect with Beechmont Avenue.
